This is now available


Joeys is using the latest technology in remote access.  This will mean that your PC/laptop must be up to date with software.  Please contact the College for a software update DVD

 

If your PC fails to take these updates you should seek assistance from a qualified technician.

Joeys accepts no responsibility for the failure of your PC/Laptops to accept any official Microsoft update supplied

 

Vista Users ONLY - Must have Windows Service Pack ONE installed

 

 

 

Windows XP Pro Users ONLY - Must have Service Pack 3 Installed

 

Check to see if you have Service Pack 3 installed already (Go to the bottom of the page for instructions on how to check...................

Logging into the Remote Application

 

 

  • Connect to the Internet
  • Open Internet explorer
  • Use your Log In credentials as required
  • NOTE:  when logging into the Synergetic client please make sure you SELECT (TICK)  Use windows Authentication

 

 

Checking to see if you have Windows XP Pro Service Pack 3 installed

or Windows Service Pack 1 installed for Vista

 

Go to Control Panel

Double Click the “SYSTEM” Icon

 

This will show you if you have service pack 3... or Vista Users Service pack One installed
